didn’t the public access cable show she was on just wrap up its final season?
She paused, frowning. Didn’t the public access cable show she was on just wrap up its final season?
Or at least she thought it had...they never kept her up to date with anything that was going on with the show.
She didn’t even audition to be in it—one minute she was reading a book on her balcony, the next, a man wearing sunglasses and a baseball cap was taking a photo of her from the building across the street.
The same man continued to record and photograph her, sometimes from a distance and other times from shockingly up close.
Once, she was brushing her teeth and looked up to see he was right behind her. She sputtered in shock and got toothpaste on the bathroom mirror.
The man didn’t flinch, but she thought she heard a quiet laugh track as he kept the camera steady behind her.
